It’s Thanksgiving week and a time we contemplate what we are thankful for. Let’s play, Thankful Book Tag. I found a few questions on Beyond The Book Reviews and added some of my own.
Here’s how to play:
1.) You can answer a few or all of these questions, and if you feel inspired, add some of your own.
2.) Tag others!
1.) Which authors would you love to have over for Thanksgiving Dinner? Which fictional characters?
A few authors I would love to have at Thanksgiving dinner: Penny Reid, Emma Chase, L.H. Cosway, Brittainy C Cherry, Kristen Ashley
A few characters I would love to have at Thanksgiving dinner: Jake and Chelsea (Appealed by Emma Chase), Oliver and Alexis (King of Hearts by L.H. Cosway), Greg and Fiona (Ninja at First Sight by Penny Reid)
2.) Name a book “stuffed” with action?
I have a series, The Artists Trilogy by Karina Halle – I loved this series!
3.) Which two books “mashed” together would you like to read? OR Which authors would you like to “mash” their creative minds and write a book together?
I want Emma Chase and Penny Reid to write a book together. They write similar books. Both have strong heroines, write amazing male POV’s and each author has a great sense of humor which translates into their books.
4.) What is your favorite item at your Thanksgiving table?
5.) With which character do you want to break the wishbone? What would be your wish?
Cher from Hold On by Kristen Ashley. I love her spunk and attitude. My wish: I would wish she were real. I would love to have her as a friend!
6.) Which book did you “gobble up” this year?
King of Hearts by L. H. Cosway – I read this in less than 24 hours (including work and sleep). I read late into the night and during lunch at work the next day. I finished when I returned home from work before cooking dinner!
7.) What are you thankful for this year?
Most everyone says this, but this year it is more true than ever; I am so thankful for God and my family and friends. This has been a difficult year and I would not have made it through in my semi-sane state had it not been for their unwavering support!
Now it is your turn.
