Finding Eden is the continuation, and conclusion, to Becoming Calder. When the world as you know it has ended, when all that you love has been washed away, where do you find strength? When the new world you've stepped into is as isolating as the last, when your heart is broken, and your future is unclear, where do you find hope?Finding Eden is a story of strength, discovery, forgiveness, and undying love. It is about believing in your destiny and following the path that leads to peace.THIS IS THE SECOND PART, AND CONCLUSION, IN A TWO-PART SIGN OF LOVE SERIES INSPIRED BY AQUARIUS (BECOMING CALDER SHOULD BE READ FIRST). New Adult Contemporary Romance: Due to strong language and graphic sexual content, this book is not intended for readers under the age of 18.

I was provided a review copy; this did not influence my opinion of the book.

Spellbinding.  Captivating.  Dream-Inspiring.

A Sign of Love series – Becoming Calder and Finding Eden, is one of my ALL TIME favorite series!  Mia Sheridan has once again, wowed us with her story telling.  She is a master at her craft. A brilliant wordsmith, she continued Calder and Eden’s story with Finding Eden seamlessly.  It was as if I never put Becoming Calder down.

Sheridan does more than tell a story with this book and this series.  She makes you question what you believe, what you think, and consider what is right and wrong.

How could you be thankful for something when so much suffering was necessary to bring it to you? Or was that the very thing that defined real beauty–light after darkness? And maybe that was the whole point. If you constantly sought beauty in the most obvious places, in only the brightest of circumstances, perhaps you weren’t really looking for it at all.

Where Becoming Calder was a forbidden love story between two people who bravely stood up against their destiny and fought for their love; Finding Eden is the story of those same brave people attempting to navigate through uncharted territory, and live a new normal life.

‘We created our own little world, with nothing but bodies, and hearts, and whispers, and truths.’

This book evoked so much emotion from me, I was a wreck.  I cried, no, I sobbed.  I became angry.  Angry at the decisions these characters made and at the injustices they faced in the world.

Calder has been living his life carelessly, not caring if he lives or dies.  Although free from the cages and cells that held him in Acadia, he is still bound and tortured with guilt.

But it hurts too damn much. It was my fault.  I don’t deserve to live,”

“Then why are you alive?”

Eden, still with her gentle spirit and quiet strength, is attempting to find her place in the world, while trying to understand her past.

“And now, my dear Eden, it’s time for you to continue on your journey.  It’s time for you to take that brave step out and find your people, find your life, your destiny,”

I have to mention the supporting characters.  They were brilliant!  They were all integral in the growth and evolution of Calder and Eden.  Each could easily have a book of their own, their development was so strong.  Speaking of which, I would LOVE to have Xander’s book.

Now that this series is over, I feel bereft.  I am saddened. I feel like I have lost my best friend.  This was truly a beautiful series that took me like a storm!  Again, I clap my hands, give a standing ovation and a bow to Ms. Sheridan for her brilliant work on this series!
